Stunningly beautiful authentic place, it has marvellous and amazing location adjacent to the national park, the main square and the centre of cute alpine-style town. The staff in general is very friendly. The king room is warm with big windows, amazing view, for example. The breakfast is served in the bar❤
Nothing that i didnt like.

We loved the traditional charm of the old house and the beautiful view from the windows. The lack of direct sunlight in the room made it cool and perfect for a good night's sleep. The quietness of the town and the lack of internet connection allowed us to unwind and relax. The swimming pool in the courtyard was a great feature, even though it was too cold for a swim. The staff were friendly and the owner was particularly nice, providing a delicious breakfast with stunning views.
We felt totally relaxed during our stay at Ziggys Mountain Retreat. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel is an absolute gem tucked away in a picturesque mountain village. The location, right on the main square, is perfect for exploring the stunning Tiede national park and enjoying the local restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Simon, who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with standard windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had multiple options and was a great way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

Spent Easter in a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The hospitality was top-notch, with the owner taking her time to advise and recommend various activities. The homely feeling was enhanced with thoughtful touches such as tea and coffee in the room and a quaint breakfast room overlooking the scenery. The pancakes for breakfast were a definite highlight, and the honesty bar policy reflects the wholesome mindset of the establishment. The location was ideal, with ample parking nearby and within close proximity to a small town with all necessary amenities.
The room was not without its drawbacks, with noise being a constant issue due to the building's age and lack of insulation. We also had a ground floor window that offered a beautiful view of the surroundings but lacked a lace curtain for added privacy.

The location of the hotel was great, perfect for hiking and day trips. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, even lending us walking poles. The breakfast offered a good variety of savory and sweet foods.
The shower was very small and uncomfortable, with a shower curtain that stuck to your body while showering. The room had insufficient lighting, not enough shelving, and poor insulation, resulting in a noisy stay.

The room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast room had a great view. The pancake maker at breakfast was a nice touch. The location in the heart of the village was perfect, overlooking a pretty town square.
We arrived before the stated time and had to wait in our car for 30 minutes. The manager also lacked knowledge about local treks and couldn't provide helpful information.

The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after long walks. I particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the room, which added a lovely touch. The location was great, just a short walk from the main square and with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The breakfast was quite good too, with a selection of bread, jam, and cheese, and freshly-made pancakes that were very tasty. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The room was quite disappointing. It was small and cold, with no heating and no soundproofing, which made it hard to sleep at night. In addition, the bed sheets had stains and the towels were still wet, which was quite unpleasant. Finally, the shower was very small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. while the location and breakfast were good, the room left a lot to be desired.
